optional model replacing each root candidate's exact chance-node expansion

the leaf model's manifest, when it came from a validated package. The hook models carry their own; the leaf's lives here because OnnxExpectimaxSearch's constructor takes the leaf as a bare path and adding a tenth positional parameter to it would be the wrong place to put a rarely-set value (#145)

whether to pre-rank root candidates using the main model instead of material
